but once inside you will feel like you have been transported from Evansville.

Now when it comes to their specialty coffee, Barber Bistro is even more impressive!
Patrick and I rate this coffee at the top of our Evansville Coffee Shop list :)
But don't run in for a fast to-go cup of coffee,
I definitely recommend you take the time to observe their brewing methods and the atmosphere.
There is nothing quick about their handcrafted brews and it always makes
me thankful for a pause in my morning when everything else is so fast-paced.
So please spend a morning at Barber Bistro and meet a friend for coffee!
