Smoothies :)

Before the weather gets too chilly,
enjoy a nice refreshing smoothie!
Patrick and I have one almost everyday after school.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1/2 plain or vanilla yogurt (I like vanilla)
1 cup cranberry/grape juice (or orange juice)

Pour liquid ingredients in blender first, then add the rest.
Blend until smooth, pour in a glass, and top with lots of whipped cream!
Drink and Enjoy!

(you could buy already frozen fruit, but I usually buy lots
of fresh fruit when Kroger has it on sale and its a lot cheaper!
Then I cut it all up and store in the freezer, so it's always ready to go!)
