mini marshmallow recipes

Tasty Marshmallow Applesauce
Pour Unsweetened Apple Sauce into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar... until as sweet as you prefer :)
Top with mini marshmallows and place in 350* oven.
Bake for 15 minutes, time varies depending on how thick you fill the dish with applesauce, but remove from oven when marshmallows begin to toast and the applesauce is warm throughout.
This is so delicious!  I really just like eating the toasted marshmallows on top!

Watergate Salad
1- 9oz. whipped topping (cool whip)
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 can (16 oz) crushed pineapple
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts (pecans) optional

Fold dry pudding mix into whipped topping.  
Add pineapple, juice, marshmallows & nuts.
Refrigerate before serving.

This is another refreshing and sweet side item for lunch.  Everyone loved it at our Memorial Day cookout!
